Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
My father has tried to sold inherited property i.e of my grandfather. But my grandfather has done will in favour of me and my brother. Knowing this situation thing one person has tried to buy this property at very low cost and is trying to file wrong case in court and at police station. that we have sold property to him. We have not signed on any document then how can he make sell agreement? My father is deaf and dumb we have filled a case against him that he is not capable of taking decision and has signed many papers without reading based on that court has issued stay order. What we should do in that case?

you will have to file a case for cancellation of all documents and declaration of documents as null and void and no legal value
