Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Can a father of 3 sons of age 21, 25 and 31 (all married and independent) can sale the property which is in the name of grandfather without taking authorization from sons in absence of will or probate or any other letter. The sons are not ready to sell the property.
If this property is sold by father than what can happen, can sons get stay on this property.

Yes the father of 3 sons can sell the property as according to law it his self acquired after his fathers demise. The father can do anything with the property without taking any permission from his sons.
