Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
A father had two sons and one girl. All are major . At the time of death of father , all are married. One son and the girl gave a release deed in favour of another son . The son has mortgaged the document to a Bank for raising a loan . After three years , the girl cancelled the release deed , and demands the Bank that a portion of the loan should be given to her also.
In this connection , please let me know
i. Whether the girl has right to cancel the release deed after three years.
ii. What is the postion of the Bank with regard to the Property ?
iii. On what circumstances one can cancel the release deed that they have given in favour of other .
