Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Father and his two sons out of three sons was maintained a garments business in the said shop room. In that view one of the son among of three son made a gift deed by his father. The actual owner are two sons and there father. The shop is in a vested land which is belongs to relief department of West Bengal Govt. The land is a vested land.
