Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Father or son-----who is the owner?
In a suit 4 ownership , the property is regd. in my name. However I M unable 2 prove the source of acquisition as I WAS A STUDENT THEN WITH NO INCOME. IT IS CERTAIN FROM THE SUIT RECORD THAT FATHER (DECEASED) SPENT 4 THE SAME BUT IN MY NAME IN 1970. Is this registration in my name is sufficient 2 prove my ownership notwithstanding the fact that who paid the money 4 pUrchase?
