Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father has transferred residential property in my name. Now my brothers are staying
in the property and claiming their share of property. What will happen if they lock and leave
the property. Can they claim their share since at present physical possession is with them.

you have not mentioned as in which manner your father has transferred the property and further whether your father is alive or not. Mere fact that your brothers are in possession, they cannot claim the share if transfer had been proper in your name

you may file a suit for declaration and possession in the city civil court and till the penency of the suit, you may seek the stay against the property.
