Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father had 2 wives. Through first wife, he has a son and a daughter. I am the only daughter of second wife. He expired recently. He wrote a will in which he has given 80% of the property to the son and 10% to each wives. Can we (second wife and daughter) challenge the will in the court?

Mere disproportionate disposition in a Will may not be a ground to challenge the same.
Have the Will scrutinized from an experienced lawyer to find out whether same is legal and proper.
