Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Father wrote a will, transferring his properties to one of his sons, after his death. But this son can have any transaction of this properties only after the demise of his mother. The son dies while his mother is still alive. Tell me, whether this mother has any right to deal with this properties at her will?. The son is survived by his wife and two children.

the property would go to wife and children and not to mother but wife and children, same way, cannot dispose off the property till mother is alive.
