Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father-in-law died. His father was a tenant in a chawl accn. His father died. After few years, land lord of the chawl planned demolition of chawl so as to construct a building and had offered a flat to my father-in-law. He has left behind his elder son, two sons of deceased younger son and four married daughters. How his ancestral property will be disposed of. Whether daugheters will get any share. Whether two sons of deceased son will get share ? Pl adv

Yes the daughters will get a share in the fathers property and so does the grand sons of the deceased son.
