Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
After my fathers death my mother got the khata of the ancestral property in her name, now iam not in good terms with my mother she is lifting huge advances from the shop by renting it out and purchasing other property in her name ,
i want to stop this can i get a stay order from her dealing in any further

it all depends upon the nature of property. in case it was self acquired property of your father and the same bequeathed by your mother, you may have no right but in case it is a joint property, you may claim the share in earnings.
