Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father's grandfather resident in bangalore received by my father when property distribution before 30 years.my father has 3 sisters and a mother,but his father died..my father's age 65 and he has three sons(elder son-my age is 27)..my father's sisters are fighting with me to divide that property under islamic law..According to islamic law,how this 1 crore home to be divide? and if there any way to get tat home without divition?

Sisters have half share of brother, but in your case, division has taken place more then 30 years ago, hence one needs to see the papers before advising. Please consult a local lawyer for this.
