Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Both my father's and mother's separate properties (ancestral through partition and accquired) is in their respective names. My father is no more and he has not made a will. My mother is keen to trasfer father's and her properties, primarily agricultural land in semi rural areas, to her children. She is also clear as to how to divide them. All documents pertaining to current ownership of these lands are clear legally. What is the best (and cost effective) course of action to complete this transfer?
