father's property

As per law is there any rights to daughter to claim property of my father property or investment shares in a private company(he is having a share of 10%).

My father has a me(daughter) & a son.

Yes according to the amendment in Hindu Succcession Act daughter has got equal share in fathers property.

Under Hindu Law, in self acquired property of father died intestate, equal shares of widow, sons, daughters etc.
