Female right in huf property?

Female when get married ceases 2 b a part of HUF. THEN HOW COME FEMALE ( since married) become entitled 2 parental property WHEN the property was acquired by hindu father (SINCE DECEASED) from his own resources when all his children were unmarried? IN FACT CAN A MARRIED DAUGHTER HAVE A CLAIM IN THE HUF PROPERTY?

Re: Female right in huf property?

More than a decade ago most of the States made amendment to the Hindu Succession Act to confer rights to female members in HUF property. Couple of years ago, the Central Govt also made similar amendment. Thus, married daughters have a claim in the HUF property.
