Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

how can we fight around 4 civil cases on us through fast track court.We are falsely implicated into this and we have all the proofs as well.IS there any way out to stop the civil cases being filed one after another..

the contest would depend upon the relief sought or the types of cases. the legal defence and your defence on merit are two distinct things. defence on merits will depend upon the facts of each case. you must show the plaints in all cases. Note that these days one has to file the reply within 30 days of the service of summons which by permission of the court can be extended maximum to 90 days.
