Delhiites adopt a bureaucratic thought process in their words and actions, viciously thinking they can turn the world upside down. May be

A writ may be maintainable for cancelation of sale deed and the court fees would be not much in such case. but it depends on your case.

You nay file as an indigent person or by filing a pauper petition - and obtain prior leave of court to sue without paying court fees. Approach a lawyer or go to legal aid committee - if you can't afford a lawyer too!!
