Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I want to file a case for cancellation of property sale deed, suit for possession and recovery of dues. However, the court stamp fees runs into lakhs of rupees which is not possible for me to arrange.Is there any possibility of getting Justice?

A writ may be maintainable for cancelation of sale deed and the court fees would be not much in such case. but it depends on your case.

You nay file as an indigent person or by filing a pauper petition - and obtain prior leave of court to sue without paying court fees. Approach a lawyer or go to legal aid committee - if you can't afford a lawyer too!!
