i had file a case in court for property my father purchase a plot n after his death my mother got second marrige n she has transfer to property to my step father

i have property papers also which is mention my real father n mother name n death certificate also. and on that time mother was not earning.but now she said in court this property puchase by stree dhan. like jwellery some money..sir plz help me once again

sir can u give me any contact no for the same sir plz help me....

You don't have to worry. Your mother only has to prove that it was with stree dhan and jewellery. You cross examine her about her parents income, the amount she got as streedhan. Also you ask her about when the property was purchased and your father's earning capacity, present jewellery she is having, stree dhan during the second marriage etc.,
