i had file a case in court for property my father purchase property to my mother name n after his death my mother got second marrige n she has transfer to property to my step father now i m living on rented house can i put on request in court for stay in my house n i want to know that there is my any property share or not

by what transfer document, the property was transferred in the name of your mother? in case the property was ancestral, you have a right and in case it was self acquired by your late father, you may not have a right.
You have no share in your mothers property right from the begining .
