i had file a case in court for property my father purchase a plot n after his death my mother got second marrige n she has transfer to property to my step father
i have property papers also which is mention my real father n mother name n death certificate also. and on that time mother was not earning.but now she said in court this property puchase by stree dhan. like jwellery some money..sir plz help me once again

You don't have to worry your mother has to prove that she had purchased it with her money only. If she says stree dhan you cross examine her asking about her antecedents and her support from her parents, their capacity etc., Also about your father and his capacity and earning power.
Share of your father would devolve according to law of succession governing him.
