Who is the final owner of site (Home)

There is one plot with constructed building in maharastra. But on

1. 7/12 (Index - II) , corporation tax receipt and the plot purchase registered document having owner ''A'' name.

2. on building construction approval plan owner name is ''B'' (Who got the approval of that construction). I don�t know how it is possible, so tell me who is the final owner of the site (Home).

If I purchase that site from owner ''A'', so what owner �B� will do, so tell me the legal procedure to purchase that site (Home)

It appears that the land and the building are in two different names;

Your information/statement is not complete. An opinion on guess work may not be appropriate.

However, it appears that the land-owner could possibly have given some 'lease rights' to B who constructed a building thereon in his own name.

You may need to purchase rights from both the persons A and B, if you want to own the house and the land.

An appropriate opinion may depend upon complete facts. Better you may consider contacting a local lawyer to know the real position about title etc.

Proposition is not understandable as it is not possible in normal circumstances. What is behind it, we don't know. Give full details to reach on certain point.
