Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have finalise a property in NaviMumbai Koper Khairane Sec19 this is in Gaonthan Plot. having only 10flats and 8shopes in the said buildeing I am buying as a resale.all the paers are in proper manner like OC, CC, Sale agreement between builder and flat owner, Plot transfer agreement between CIDCO and Lanlord, Tripartie Agreement between CIDCO, Landlord, and Builder, current flat owner is having NOC from Builder. But now the probelm is society yet to be register and builder is no more and his family also no more. Now the Bank is asking me to produce NOC from Builder. but in reallty the builder or his family is no more so how can I process for Loan. the Current Flat owner is having Home loan from ICICI Bank hence pl guide me hw to get proceed and make transaction

Consider approaching some other bank who understand reality.
