In a dispute 4 ownerhip which is the most important 4 establishing ownership ______ Regd. title deed in one's name or the source of money provided by another person? Who will b the owner---the deed holder or the money provider?

the source of money is important; the deed could be a sham or benami transaction; the person who paid for sale consideration may be established as the real owner.

ideally its the money provider who is the actual owner of the property as consideration forms an integral part of a sale deed and once it is proved that consideration was being provided by some other person and there was understanding between the two that the property would be transfered in the name of money provider and the other person fraudulently transfers the same in his own name, the money provider would be adjudged the owner of property and the other person may also face criminal charges.
