Flat Buyer Agreement
Seller insists 50% before registration, we prefer to pay the entire amount on registration and vacan possession. They say it can be regsitered now but possession can be given a month later, Please advise.

Possession is more than 90% ownership. You can make payment, take possession and get document registered after one month.
It is always advisable to complete the deal in one go, unless there are special reasons for not doing so.

I would advice you to make complete payment and take possesion and do all the documents registered in your favour.
