Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i own a flat at ghatkopar nd hve taken replastering,tiling and colourin work.the secretary of the building has defied my men to carry d bags of raw materials through lift.since it is at 4 th floor,its quite difficult to take ,climbing up.is his action justified???
