Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I own a flat in goa for which I had executed a sale deed with the builder and registered at sub registrar.
Now, there is a housing society made, and registered. As part of this, we are asked by the consultant to collect money equal to 5% of value of each purchased units as stamp paper charges towards transfering the property to society.
Is this a requirement ?
OR Is there any way that I can save this cost on the basis of sale deed I already have?
