flat in joint ownership - son first name & father second name, father died, son did not get his fathers name transfered, now he being first member has sold the flat with consent of all his family members in writting & even sale deed has been registered.
In society record flat stands only in first name, what precaution society should take before giving NOC

as the father was second name and son the first name its perfectly fine giving noc
as your society records states him as the owner
if u still want to be on precautionary side u can ask him giving undertaking to this effect . stating all facts and that society wuld not be responsible further
