Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
There is one flat of my Late grandfather. Late Grandfather has son and 2 daughters. He hasn't declared them as a nominee even there is no will. Daughters are well settled and very rich. But still they are claiming for the flat. Is there any way to give stay order for putting their names as a nominee including son? (We don't want their names on that plot)
( I am running business on that flat. My Late grandfather is owner of the flat. My both aunts and father has given me 'no objection ceriticate' to run the business. Now they (including father) want to sale the flat. which i don't want. )
How can i stop them? Please help me......

If daughters are having share in the property by virtue of succession, one can not stop recording of their names.
