Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have given my flat on leave and licence. The society is charging Rs 1000/ as the open space car parking as against Rs 1oo/ from the residing members. No special facilities are being provided tot he tenant. Is it legal for the society to charge ten times from the tenant?

Mr go through the clauses of society .....then you can decide weather its wrong or right....
