Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Flat purchase in co-op housing society

I have purchased a flat in cooperative housing society of ahmedabad in year 2001. I have received following documents

1) Allotment Letter (From co-op housing society)

2) Share certificate (From co-op housing society)

3) Stamped payment receipt by builder

I wanted to know that whether above mentioned documents are enough to prove my titleship of flat or do I have sale agreement with builder?

If you purchased the flat from the builder and builder, then you required an agreement with builder duly stamped and registered under relevant laws.

Sale deed is also necessary as it proves your absolute title over a particular flat and it removes all ambiguities.
