Please help me to know what document i should ask for From Mr.B

to purchase flat

Share Certificate is in name of Mr,A

Mr. B is the will owner of decease MR.A

Mr. A didnot submitteed registered document in society only first agreement lies in society dues/maintanaince /property tax is clear

please help

Appropriate to carry out title investigation through your lawyer and ask vendor/seller to comply with all the formalities of title.

The property should first be transferred in the name of the vendor before you purchase the same. You may obtain a "title search report" through a local lawyer certifying "seller's title".
