Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

one flat was purchsed jointly. witih one year wife expired by an accident. later married. to prchase another flat, it is intended to sell out the flat min another place for personal cause. is there any legal bar to sell the flat now. please advice

You need to have the legal heirs certificate to sell the flat ....

once you get the flat there is no problem in selling ....

All the owners or legal heirs of deceased owners of flats may sale flat.
