can i go for a flat on 3rd floor which has no permission

Sir,

i wanted to buy a new flat. the buidler told me that flat is available on 3rd floor but he took permission upto 2 floors only and applied for regularisation. if i go for 3rd floor flat i dont get loan. apart from that what are the legal implications arise if i go for it. suggest me also can i go for it or not ? its in Hyderabad. thank you

Do not buy a flat pending regularisation. You may face various troubles including the question of title.

There can be a lot of legal implications.

Invest some where else in a clear and marketable property.

You would be risking money paid for purchase as also expenses incurred on stamp duty and registration.
