Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I own a flat in a registered co-operative housing society in Mumbai. They have taken a decision to build a play area for kids. Our society is very huge and has a huge garden area inbuilt already. I dont want to pay for this play area since I have no kids and wont be using it. My question is - is there a law that can help me not pay for the same?

No law that can help you not to pay.
You may, however, consider shifting to some other flat having a nominal contributions e.g. single building of 12/15 flats.
