Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My flat is in a society that is 7 years old. THe builder has been ignoring all please to form a society and hand it over. He is not interested in maintanance. Painting work has not been carried out for 6 years. Builder demands monthly society fee and disconnects electricity and water if not paid. What can be done?
