Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i have a flat at trichur in kerrala.there are 18 apartments.though a residents association is formed it is not registered. but in the aggreement executed between owners and builder it contains a clause that decisions taken by the majority members will be binding others also. but now some members are not cooperating andd they are not paying maintenance regularly.what action can be taken against them?

You may take appropriate action in terms of bye-laws of the association.

If the matter is concern with maintenance irregularities, the laws made by association will prevail first.
