Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I own a flat in virar for which the home loan is also on my name. Presently my parents and sisters are staying there. We had booked the flat 3yrs back and got the possession on september 2012. Now we want to transfer our ration card on the address of that flat. Is it ok if the ration card is in my mother's name and my name is not included in the card since i have got married last year and would like to include my name iin my husbands ration card. Pls guide me ---
