My Flat/Apartment in Mumba was held by me as first holder and my father as second holder. After his death I want to delete his name or replace it with my wife's name. What is the procedure for the same

you need to file a petition for getting the succession certificate first on your name and only after that you are authorized to transfer in the name of your wife.
