If a Foreign like to invest in a real estate construction company in India. what is the business ratio allowed as per rules and regulations

A foreigner cannot buy property in India but can incorporate a company, JV, partnership or proprietorship and the so called legal entity can buy the property after taking requisite permissions from govt. authorities.

As per the prevailing RBI guidelines, the permissible foreign direct investment (FDI) is limited to 28% for the Real Estate industry in India.
