formation of housing society
sir,
My builder is delaying the formation of housing society. we are staying since last 5 years in the biulding. we are doing the regular follow up of biulder. But he is delaying. we do not have also possession letter. who should pay the property tax & how to form the society?

Approach court for appropriate decree for completion of conveyance and other related matters.
