Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Does the Franking also got same weight as Stamp paper , I can make the Leave & License agreement Frank instead of Stamp Paper .

Also please tell me , first page of Agreement will on stamp paper and rest on ledger paper is fine or we need to print all the pages of agreement on stamp paper only.

first page on the stamp paper in case u get only one paper of entire stamp duty n then on plain papers.

Franking is nowhere concerned with stamp duty and registration of properties under TP act, but as yours is an agreement of leave and license franking is legal and you its not mandatory to have all the papers in the agreement on stamp paers only.
