fraudulent registration of land

I purchased a piece of land whose registree papers was fraudulently prepared by my brother and its mutation and approval of map was also done fraudulently by him. Then I built my house. Now he says that you have no passage to your home.

You may want to file a civil suit through a local lawyer.
