fresh water well
1) can the open mouth of a fresh water well can be shut /closed by a concrete slab over it? 2)can after closing the mouth/opening of a well a building can be erected over it ? 3) can after closing the mouth/opening of a well a building beam be erected over the slab ? 4) within what distance can a building be erected from the 80yrs old fresh water well having a diameter of 15 feets without any repairing to it?5) Does there is a provision under the SRA Scheme in mumbai by which one can shut/ close mouth of the well and build a building above it ? all the above asked questions are in respect of the SRA Act Mumbai
