Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my friend brought a piece of land ,during agreement the owner executed agreement for certain value per acre, while during registration the owner executed sale deed for 10 times less the value that was in the agreement per acre. if in case of any litigation of land,law considers which one the owner pays? the value in agreement or the value in sale deed? please reply thanks in advance

The price of the land as prevalent in the ready reckoner for Stamp duty purposes will be considered in case of litigation.
