Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My friend died without leaving any class 1 legal heirs, no wife or children. But he has 2 brothers(one dead) and a married sister, brother's widow,brother's son, father's brother and mother's mother. Who are his legal heirs for land property to be divided?

the brothers and sisters and also the grand mother have an equal share in the property.
