Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my friend has a house and she is the owner of that house.her husband wants to grab that house from her.they are not divorced till now.my friend wants to give divorce to him,but he does not ready to give divorce to her.she wants to shift to the other city without him.and she wants that her husband do not live in that house.does she can do this?
