Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

As I had fund shortage, a relative of mine paid for the bank challan for the property under BDA which I own. Registration and all relevant papers including Deed of Conveyance are in my name and I have taken possession after paying other necessary fees. BDA has handed over the papers to me. Now I intend to pay him back the money I owe. Is this property considered Benami? If so, what are the stakes?.

You are the only owner of this Property . The Benami Transaction Act has been revoked many decades ago. So enjoy your property.
