GPA doesn’t bar the authority of its Principal. You can sale your property, but keep in mind, revoke GPA before or after sale of property to avoid mishap which may occur.

You are at liberty to supersede your attorney. Moreover, the GPA Holder only is your agent; what your agent may do, you can surely do yourself. The GPA is no bar in your way.
