Generation property dispute
My father is having a poperty,they are three brother,father died long back but still they didn`t had property seperation. Right now I want my share I am 30 years old.Because my elder uncle is enjoying all profit and not giving any share to us.How can I get property on my name?

You can either have a mutual partition done or file a suit for partition in the court to get your share in the property separate.

you only need to file a regular suit for partition of the said property impleading all the co-owners i.e. your uncles. You may have to pay court fee on the market value of your share if you are not in possession of the same. You may also include relief of rendetion of accounts since you have mentioned about profits being enjoyed by uncle.
