Gift Deed - Does it ensure absolute ownership.

Will a gift deed of property from father to son bestow absolute right of ownership to the son after execution. Can this become a document for ownership transfer from father son and when will the tranfer become effective?

Yes it bestowed the absolute ownership. It is effective at the date of execution and the son accept that gift.

If an absolute gift is made by properly drafted, executed and registered document, then same give absolute ownership.

It is a document of ownership or title.

Yes gift deed will be valid title. The son can have the title in his favour, soon the property is transferred to him by way of gift deed.

Yes, a gift deed is a valid instrument of transfer. The title of property may be transferred in favour of the donee on the basis of the gift deed.
