Gift Deed does not give life estate to any one ? It is the will which gives the life estate to some one. Please redraft the question....................Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.

Dear Sir / Madam,
(Hebbal Layout, Mysore, Karnataka)
As the title owner by virtue of the gift deed executed by the father, the daughter is free to deal with the gift in the manner she best deems fit. A Gift Deed to be valid must be unconditional. The father has done the gift deed to his daughter. The father cannot tell what the daughter should do with the gift thereafter, that is purely at the daughter's discretion.

Once a Gift Deed is executed - the Donee gets absolute right, and she can deal with the same as she pleases.
